MK ULTRA is a government mind control program. It is most well known for using the drug LSD in an attempt to control people's minds. Bill Clinton even apologized for the program but I think the program is still going on. There's no way the government would discontinue such a powerful endeavor. They are probably using fluoride in water instead of LSD these days because the effects of fluoride are less obvious but it still works to dull and minds of people. I think fluoride in water is an extension of MK ULTRA.
